1. If your item has been damaged during transport, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your shipment. After 3 days of receipt, all sales are considered final.

It can be a part of refund if the items can be accepted and repaired at your local place. If it can not be repaired, or broken totally, we will full refund or ship you a new one after varify via videos.
3. We DO NOT guarantee that the packaging is intact. Packing may be a little damaged in the corners. If you care about the integrity of the packaging, please consider carefully. We will not refund just because a little damaged of the packaging.
